Did you know the average person breathes in the equivalent of 13 pints of air every minute? Did you know seventy percent of waste is eliminated through your lungs just by breathing? Did you know we exhale up to 17.5 milliliters of water per hour?
The process of breathing delivers fresh oxygen throughout the body and removes carbon dioxide. Oxygen plays a number of vital roles in the body, including reducing stress, increasing alertness, and oxidizing food to give us energy. Needless to say, breathing is crucial to our health.
